Finance manager
What to expect.
As finance manager, you are the financial hub of Holland Dredging Industries. You are responsible for the complete administration, financial reporting and translating figures into clear insights. You work independently, but are closely involved with the management and actively think about financial strategy and cost control. A versatile position in which you work both executive and advisory - in an international technical environment.
Job requirements
Financial background
HBO working and thinking level, for example in business economics or accountancy
Experience with administrations
You have experience in setting up and managing full financial records
Numerically strong
You analyze data and know where to make adjustments
Independent and reliable
You work accurately, think ahead and take responsibility
Good communication
You consult with colleagues and external parties, such as accountant and bank
Experience with ERP or accounting software
Knowledge of MS Business Central or similar systems is a plus

What will you do?
You manage accounting and provide monthly reports
You prepare budgets and cost price analyses
You prepare financial statements and audits in cooperation with the accountant
You oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable and cash flow
You advise on investments and financial risks
You will think about more efficient processes and support the further growth of the company
